Here is what you'll need to make this amazing face scrub:
2 TBSP of coconut oil
2 TBPS of brown sugar
5 drops of peppermint essential oil
10 drops of sea buckthorn berry oil
In a small bowl add one tablespoon of your coconut, and sea buckthorn oil.
Mix these together as best you can...
and then add the brown sugar.
Next, you are going to soften your second tablespoon of coconut oil, you can do this by microwaving it for 10 seconds then add it to the mix.
Once those are all mixed together add in your peppermint essential oil and mix that in as well.
Apply this scrub by putting a little on your fingertips. Next, you can rub it into your skin using small circular motions. You can either let it sit for about 10 minutes or rinse it off right away. Once you are done, rinse it off of your face using warm water.
Now you have clean well-hydrated skin, and hopefully a sense of calm to go along with it!
