Ingredients

1 cup of Rolled or Instant Oats

Tablespoon Baking Soda

One Full Dropper of Seed Oil

3 tablespoons coconut oil (or more if needed)

Directions

Take one cup of oatmeal and add it to a blender. Blend until the oatmeal has a course texture. Don’t blend too much. If it becomes a powder because you will lose too much exfoliation power.

Add oatmeal to a bowl with the baking soda and mix to distribute the baking soda evenly.

Add the oils into the bowl and stir. If you need to add a bit more oil to saturate the dry ingredients that’s okay.

Wash and dry your face and hands. Scoop the mixture out of the bowl with your hands and massage onto your face. Rinse the face with warm water.

Face Mask Option

After exfoliating the entire face, you have the option of doing a mask. Take all the remaining mixture and spread it evenly across your face. Leave the mixture on your face until it dries, then wash it off with warm water.
